Founder & President

Diana is more than the President of Guardian—she is the visionary and legacy behind it. As the great-niece of a landman, she carries forward a family tradition while redefining what mineral management means today.

With her AAPL Certified Professional Landman (CPL) designation and years of hands-on experience across operational and leadership roles, Diana brings unmatched expertise to her clients. She has been on the operations side, built innovative technology systems behind the scenes, and shaped Guardian into the trusted partner it is today.

Diana’s approach is rooted in care, advocacy, and accountability. She ensures clients not only understand their assets but feel confident entrusting them to Guardian’s stewardship. Her leadership has made Guardian successful, but more importantly, it has given clients peace of mind.

Bryan Frazier, MBA, CPL

Bryan Frazier, MBA, CPL

CEO

With 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Bryan brings extensive leadership and technical expertise to the Guardian team. He holds an MBA in Oil & Gas Management from The Robert Gordon University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University. Bryan is also a Certified Professional Landman (CPL®). As the previous Partner and Head of Energy Asset Management at PW Energy, Bryan will oversee comprehensive mineral and energy management strategies for a diverse client base here at Guardian.

Bryan began his career as a land manager, running multiple teams for five years before transitioning to oversee company-owned mineral assets. For more than a decade, he has served as a fiduciary, managing mineral interests for families, municipalities, universities, trusts, and estates—representing over $1 billion in assets nationwide.

Outside of work, Bryan is active in his local church and coaches youth sports.

Jared Boehs

Jared earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Finance from Oklahoma State University in May 2004. He began his career in the oil and gas industry in June 2004, as a field landman. He transitioned to owning and operating a lease brokerage firm for a number of years before serving as Land Manager for a small independent company gaining experience drilling wells and managing minerals across the U.S. In 2015, he co-founded a waste water recycling company focused on recycling oilfield produced water for beneficial re-use. In June 2016, Jared founded a mineral and land management firm, which he later merged with Guardian Mineral Management in January 2023. He has spent his entire career in land and mineral management and maintains certifications as a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and a Certified Minerals Manager (CMM). Jared is a past President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO), currently sits on the OK-NARO Board, and is the Secretary for the Royalty Owners Coalition of Oklahoma (ROCO). He enjoys serving in other capacities within his community and serves as the audio/video team lead for his church. Jared is a native of Northwest Oklahoma with deep agriculture and small town roots. He, his wife Carissa, and two sons Jake and Jaden reside in Fairview, OK, where they operate a cow/calf ranching operation with their family.

Rodney Kleman

With more than 20 years of experience in agricultural production management, Rodney’s career began in production agriculture before moving into agricultural lending, and later transitioning into wealth management. Over the past 16 years, he has specialized in managing farm, ranch, and energy-producing properties, bringing a deep understanding of both operations and asset stewardship.

Before joining Guardian, Rodney worked with PW, where he further refined his expertise in managing complex land and energy portfolios. For nearly two years, he has been an integral part of Guardian Mineral Management, where his knowledge and client-focused approach strengthen the company’s commitment to delivering trusted, long-term solutions.

Marcia Newton

Marcia Newton

Director of Revenue Fulfillment

Marcia oversees revenue management strategies across oil and gas mineral
portfolios. With a strong foundation in office management, royalty accounting, and
data analysis, she ensures that clients receive accurate, timely reporting.

Known for her precision and commitment to operational excellence, Marcia has
played a key role in helping to optimize revenue workflows and strengthening client
trust with her team members in a complex and highly regulated industry.

Outside of the office, she enjoys riding her bike and volunteering at her church.
She believes that strong partnerships, attention to detail, and ethical stewardship
are vital to long-term success in energy and resource management.

Director of Analysis and Information Visualization

June transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for clients. Bridging business priorities with technical execution, she builds internal tools, contributes to backend development, and designs interactive data platforms that enhance transparency and enable smarter decision-making.

Known around the office as “Eagle Eye” for her attention to detail and analytical mind, June plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Guardian’s reporting infrastructure. Her collaborative approach fosters seamless coordination across development, operations, and client service teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

June believes that clarity, curiosity, and collaboration are essential to creating thoughtful solutions and driving innovation.

Kenia Araujo is the Marketing and Data Specialist at Guardian MM. She develops content, designs our user interface for digital platforms, and uses data insights to boost brand recognition. With expertise in market research and performance reporting, she ensures every project has clear goals and measurable results. Her creative thinking and analytical skills help transform complex data into engaging visuals and narratives that captivate clients and prospects. She works closely with various teams to produce compelling designs that strengthen Guardian MM’s reputation.

She believes that authenticity, continuous learning, and teamwork are essential to creating consistently fresh, impactful content.

Bret Melton, CPL

Bret Melton, CPL

Landman & Asset Manager

With more than 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, mineral, and energy industries, Bret began his career in the mid-1990s as a title landman. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Native American Studies from the University of Oklahoma. After graduation, he returned to courthouse title work before transitioning in-house with a large independent oil and gas operator in Oklahoma City.

In 2013, Bret and his wife relocated to Denver, Colorado, where he joined one of the largest banks in the United States as an Oil and Gas Asset Manager. Over the next 11½ years, he managed more than 400 accounts representing trusts, foundations, universities, churches, individuals, and multifamily partnerships, while also serving as Agent for a variety of entities. The portfolios under his management included thousands of energy assets across 39 states and three Canadian provinces, generating an average of more than $15 million in annual revenue.

In 2026, Bret completed the Renewable Energy Certificate Program and earned his Certified Professional Landman (CPL) designation through the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).

With decades of experience spanning title, oil and gas operations, and mineral and energy asset management, Bret brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry from both the operator and mineral owner perspectives to the Guardian Mineral Management team.
